• How long does delivery take?
  • Custom production creation typically takes 1-3 days. Please allow 10-14 days for standard shipping, 4-10 with express shipping.

• How do I personalise my order?
  • Please follow the instructions when purchasing your custom product. You'll provide a message or image for us to use.

• Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
  • We'll always do our best to accommodate changes if contacted promptly, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.

• What materials are used?
  • Our jewellery is crafted from high quality surgical stainless steel with 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finish depending on the piece. Cubic zirconia stones are used in our crystal pieces. 

• Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
  
  • Every order arrives in a beautiful presentation box, ready to gift. You can add a personal engraving or message directly to our customisable pieces during the order process.
